How we use it
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange transportation services, and meet legal and safety record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with marketers.
Tracking and quotes
Shipment tracking data (pickup and delivery locations, timestamps) is retained as part of your transportation records. Quote requests are kept so we can reference your lanes and pricing on future shipments.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete your contact details by writing to quotes@ironvalefreight.com. We respond to every such request within 30 days.
